Duties and responsibilities
As an HR business partner at Azulatis, you are an important link between management and employees in terms of HR. You will be the internal point of contact for all our employees on HR-related matters. You will also be responsible for the recruitment and selection of various profiles within Azulatis. You are also responsible for on- and off-boarding of employees. Next, as an HR business partner, you will be responsible for fleet management where you will be in charge of Azulatis’ fleet management. Finally, you will contribute to the innovation of various HR processes.
As an HR business partner, you have a higher degree in the field of HR or are equivalent through experience. You have a good knowledge of MS Office. You are communicatively strong and can handle responsibility. You are someone with a hands-on mentality who works flexibly and autonomously. Finally, you can work smoothly both in team and independently.
