A group of approximately 20 employees poses together in an industrial environment, surrounded by large water filtration installations with tubes and technical equipment. They wear a mix of work and casual clothing, including safety jackets and corporate clothing. The atmosphere is informal and collegial, with a well -lit workspace and a concrete floor.

Mission

We aim to contribute purposefully to a greener future by making the water flows of major industrial water consumers more sustainable and efficient. We achieve this mission in a tangible way by providing tailored solutions that generate significant savings in water extraction, processing, and discharge while ensuring a long-term positive environmental impact.

The circular story

Our approach is based on the principle of closing the water cycle. This means keeping water within the same system as much as possible and reusing it efficiently. How do we achieve this?

Internal water use

  • Optimization of processes

By accurately mapping internal water flows within companies, we identify opportunities to reuse water within the production process.

  • Closed cycles

We strive to create closed loops, where water is reused multiple times before being discharged at the end of the cycle.

Purification and reuse of waste water

  • High -quality purification:

Our advanced water treatment installations ensure water of exceptionally high quality.

  • Flexible reuse options:

The purified wastewater can be reused for various purposes, depending on the specific needs of the customer.

  • Water-to-measure installations:

These installations are designed to efficiently reintegrate the purified wastewater into the production process.

A green pond with water lilies and reeds is central to the image, surrounded by trees and grass. In the background are industrial buildings and storage tanks, indicating a factory site. The sky is partly cloudy with blue patches and white clouds, creating a bright and natural contrast.

Treatment of raw water sources

  • Optimal use of natural sources:

By purifying and treating raw water sources, we make optimal use of the available water.

  • Adjustment to local circumstances:

Our solutions are modular and can be adapted to the specific quality and quantity of the available sources.

Follow-up and maintenance

Thorough preliminary research in which we analyze internal water processes and provide practical advice on supplying process water based on available sources and permits.

After the preliminary research, we proceed with the construction of a small-scale pilot project to test the water quality and its impact on the installation.

Based on the acquired data from the pilot project, a design is drawn up for the entire installation. This takes into account all applicable regulations regarding safety, environment and maintenance.

Azulatis supports and guides clients in preparing the construction file and applying for the necessary permits.

In the next phase, the complete installation is constructed, with Azulatis coordinating the work from start to finish. The installations are set up in a new building or, if practically feasible, in an existing space. Existing customer installations can also be further expanded if needed.

To ensure the required water quality, meticulous monitoring is essential. Our process technicians conduct regular on-site visits to inspect the installation and guarantee the optimal operation of the system.
